STROKE EDUCATION FOR
HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
Stoke Coordinator Boot Camps are free courses and the Certification Exam is $250.
We accept online payments if you wish to pre-register for your exam. You can also pay on site via check or credit card.
If you're a healthcare provider it's crucial to know how to care for those with stroke.
JCCNF offers courses to become a Certified Stroke Program Coordinator. In these bootcamps, you'll hear from a multidisciplinary team of experts and you'll learn the best practices and essential skills for a successful stroke program.

Objectives:

Improve the quality and effectiveness of stroke and other neurologic care by enhancing clinical and leadership skills of the program manager.

Establish and grow the core competencies of the program manager.

Provide forum for sharing of best demonstrated practices among stroke and neuroscience program coordinators.

Establish essential knowledge for successful initial and subsequent stroke program certification.
Course Requirements:

Currently in a stroke or neuroscience program coordinator with at least 6 months experience.

Completion of Stroke Program Coordinator Workshop or Boot Camp
-
Successful completion of certification exam with a score of 80% or higher
The first session is the bootcamp and the second half is the optional certification test.

Together, we provide education for primary care physicians, emergency room physicians, hospitalists, registered nurses and other healthcare professionals involved in the care and management of patients with stroke and related disease.
